The management team work together to please the client and its customer to whom  are not afraid to voice their opinion to upper management, with even approaching the customer to ask to see if they can make their stay better to extend their memories to the best stay they have ever had.

The Principle owner:

As illustrated in Londonbayconstruction.com, The Princlple takes the time to visit all Properties and Companies unannounced and works as one of the regular common staff receiving input and feedback of how the work environment is for each and every employee. With the boss hat on or off no one notices a difference.

A Cambridge graduate in Law and Engineering he encourages the young staff to look for bigger horizons and sponsors them upon their work demonstrations.  Upon a interview with Forbes the principle owner to whom does not like to advertise his name, known to all employees as Mr Richard. Quoted ”Too many people go unnoticed and the universe looses a potential asset to the environment, no mater if it is humane or business every good person deserves recognition. It is our job to give every person a fair chance to shine”.  Mr. Richard has donated his time and funds holding tittles with several charities throughout North America and Europe, such as The Kidney Foundation(President 2000), Rotary International, Asst. Governor 1998-2004, Naples hospital cancer center (board of directors 1996), Miami University board (2002), Palm Beach School advisors (2003)
